Chef Kevin Guard's culinary journey began at KCC, where he mastered his craft before honing his skills at acclaimed restaurants like Stage and 53 by the Sea. His love for cooking shines through in his dishes, as he expertly modernizes global cuisines.
Meanwhile, Sabrina serves as the creative force behind The Guarden, orchestrating bespoke floral arrangements, captivating tablescapes, bar packages, service and client communications.
Their passion for culinary arts and design was further fueled by a year-long voyage across the globe, during which Kevin and Sabrina immersed themselves in diverse cultures and culinary traditions. This journey not only enriched their knowledge but also inspired them to share their love for food, design, and unique experiences with Hawaii.
